Ronit residences just rising two stories above ground along with a basement parking and storage area. The building is a collection of six apartments, each a realm unto itself, yet part of a cohesive whole. The design language speaks in hushed tones of luxury and intimacy, with balconies that retreat into the architecture, offering residents a secluded nook to savor the open air.

The structure’s façade is a dance of light and texture, with the soft glow from within spilling out to highlight the clean lines and meticulous craftsmanship. Here, in this gently lit tableau, the building’s dual levels house living spaces designed not just for shelter but for the joy of dwelling in a space that is as much a home as it is a work of art.
