Project Information

The project consists of 3 houses designed on two plots with an altitude difference from the level of the public road. Common areas have been placed at the entrance level of the houses. The design of large openings on the south side in combination with the large covered terraces create the feeling of the ground floor. To the above features were added the large stairs in various parts of the house, inside and outside to offer easy connection to the garden located on the lower level with auxiliary uses. On all levels of the house there is unobstructed visual contact with the garden. Elements of bioclimatic architecture have been integrated into the design of the three houses. All three roofs are accessible as a garden has been created which offers excellent views.
